To quote an old axiom, "the world's going to hell in a handbasket(carried by George W. Bush)" and the "News" media spent days fawning over Anna Nicole Smith-and yes- I know and understand that distraction and chasing shiny objects is part of their job discription. Our 'liberal media' ignores domestic terrorism, while trumpeting faux controversies, defending rank assholery, and winking at plain insanity. Meanwhile, ABC, CNN, FOX and the rest are all safe havens for belligerent bigots and pathological liars. I am heartily sick of the utter uselessness of the grotesquely dubbed Mainstream Media.
