World Class Auto Superstore Sucks

Have I forgotten to mention that lately. Well it's true, it's true. World Class Auto Superstore sucks like only evil crooks can suck. They're a perfect example of why cardealers/used car salesman rank right next to Satan in polls. Thank you that is all.

they love to sell you a car, that where it stops. they do nothing after the sale, before you buy run a carfax on the vehicle your looking at and make sure you miss nothing when testing the vehicle out, after that you re on your own. i will never go back or recommend them to anybody. i recommend all my postal worker buddies and union brothers and sister in this area and the state to stay away from them.

I work at World Class and for any one to state these type of misleading comments is ludicrous.

We have one of the highest Customer Satisfaction Index in the area.

I take it personally when someone goes out of their way to put info like this out to the public.

We will work harder for our customers than any place I'ved ever worked.

The old saying states believe nothing you hear and only 1/2 of what you see.

If you want an opportunity to purchase a vehicle give us a chance and form your own opinions.

Hey since you work at World Class Auto Super(jerks) are you the guy in the pic?
I don't really give a damn what you take personally. If you work for these guys I'll assume you're a crook also. Still bitter? You bet I am!
Oh, you're right about one thing I did "go out of my way to put info like this out to the public" and you wanna know why? Good I'll tell you why. For the same reason I filed against your seedy employers with The Better Business Bureau. To warn unsuspecting people who may find themselves on your car lot. World Class Auto Super Jerks robbed me blind, and as far as I can tell they would have had no compunctions about robbing me further if they could have. They seemed to take pleasure in it. Your "employers" are why used car salesman rank just above Satan in popularity polls.
As for your "old saying" pretty much everything I heard from your employers turned out to be lies and everything I saw they did was an attempt to rip me off further. With apparently no moral problems with it at all.
So if you want to purchase a vehicle from this guy and his "employers", World Class Auto Super Store go right ahead. I've told of my experience in dealing with them and a few others here have also.
In my customer's opinion your employers are crooks with no conscience at all.
You mentioned an old saying, well I've got one for you, we used to say about people like your employers that "you can't trust them as far as you can throw them" and that saying speaks for itself. Now that's my experience with your "employers". Speaking of which it's about time for another warning post regarding those sleazy(IMO) employers of yours. Car buyers you've been warned(again).

I have had great experiences with World Class. Some people do, however, have bad credit. I am a repeat customer and would refer a friend.

and you know what, i did try and form my own opinions. but when i look at a price on the internet, then come to the world class lot and get quoted a price 3k higher, it makes me think you all are sheisters. and guess what, you are. there's one salesman that is cool, but the owner needs to go back to the sand. what a prick, would come off his truck 1k to make a great deal for both of us. i had cash in hand for money down, and the sob tried to get me to defer my payments for 2 months, like that makes my payment lower or something. then he told me to buy his truck and keep mine to sell it privately. then my payment would be even higher. what a ripoff. go back to the sand.

World Class isone of the biggest rip off companies I knpw of.i am filing with the attorney general and the BBB this week over a contract being forged and failure to disclose my original contract. You could not have said it better. I want to write letters to surrounding media once I prove my case and prevent others from these shady ruthless people.

I agree with what people are saying. I got a vehicle and had it for 30 days and they called to say we had to resign paperwork. Turns out it wsa a trick to get the vehicle back when the messed up the loan. They also told us they would return our down payment if we went home and got the vehicle, only to then be told we couldnt leave with the vehicle AND we woudlnt get our money back. The owners response was that they will do whatever they have to, to get a vehicle back. We called the sheriff because they provided no proof the loan wasnt through, since the finance company said a payment was due in 2 days. The sheriiff told us that they are called out to this lot quite a bit and his sargeant called to tell us to file a complaint the attorney general because they are already filing lawsuits and charges against them. So take that for what you will. I have heard MANY nad rumors about them but decided to give them a chance. Now, my husband is out of a vehicle and our money. Thanks BASTARDS!

Yeah, they really are rip off artists. Sold me a Camaro convertible and I bought the extended service contract. Said they would fix the breaks and the leaky soft-top. I was there when their mechanic was calling around checking prices for break pads. One set of pads were $20, and he said, "That's too high, what else you have?" They ended up putting a $15 pair of pads on my car that didn't last long. What's worse is that they stuck a piece of WEATHERSTRIP on the outside of my convertible top, and called that a fix. The final straw was when I called the service contract company and WCA had never sent them my $1180. When I involved the Dealership Licensing guy in Frankfort and he threatened them with losing their license, they finally sent the money in.

Nothing but crooks.

Those of you who have been jerked around by World Class should call a lawyer. I've heard that a consumer law firm in Lexington has brought several successful lawsuits against them.

I love world class auto and will return twice over to buy future cars...the comments concerning 'go back to the sand' are a disappointing reminder of how backwards uneducated people think...

Amy Dear,
I agree about the "go back to the sand" comments. They're bigoted. You don't have to be an Middle- Eastern to be crooks, like the WCA people were. The crooked salesmen I dealt with were all obviously home-grown thieves.
Also dear, you apparently haven't been keeping up. You can't go back to World Class Auto Supercrooks. They've been shut down(finally) by the state Attorney General for being(you guessed it) blatent crooks and liars, and you thought it was just a few angry complainers like me!:-)
Obviously if the state shuts 'em down it goes far deeper than that.
There's no cars on their lot, it's empty! So at least for now they're not ripping anyone else off. A blessing to trusting local car buyers. More updates to come.
