Herald-Leader Correcting Their Story on beshear?

The Herald-Leader has offered this update on their sensationalist "Beshear's law firm was focus of secret scrutiny" story about Democratic candidate for KY. Governor Steve Beshear. I've been hoping someone would jump on this manufactured story from the Lexington Herald-Leader. Thankfully Bluegrass Reports gets it done here, here and even here. This story looked very suspicious to me the first time I saw it and I never saw anything as proof of wrongdoing. Hopefully a judge will allow release of all the documents. Otherwise it's just Republican talking points. Is that right Ryan Alessi?
