Chris Dodd Says He'll End Cuban Embargo if Elected

I like Presidential candidate Dodd. His stated positions on a lot of US problems suit me fine, from Iraq to health care for Americans. Now he's seeing the light on the out-dated US embargo of Cuba. In this speech in Miami he says he'll end the embargo, lift travel restrictions, close down tv Marti, etc. Here's the Vid:
