USA Poll Beshear Holds Huge Lead Over Fletcher in Kentucky Gov Race

SurveyUSA: Beshear holds large lead over Fletcher
Democratic nominee for governor Steve Beshear holds a substantial lead over Republican Gov. Ernie Fletcher in the race for governor, according to a new survey released this morning by SurveyUSA and WHAS-TV in Louisville.

Here's a breakdown:
Beshear: 62 percent
Fletcher: 34 percent
Undecided: 4 percent

The poll shows Beshear leading in all regions of the state and among both women and men. Beshear also got support from 36 percent of Republicans, while Fletcher only garnered support from 12 percent of Democrats.
The automated phone survey of 609 likely voters, taken Wednesday and Thursday, has a margin of error of 3.9 points.
