Seriously WTF? - "Loyalty Day"?

Ich bein ein Bushistas? In his speech today George Bush declared today, "loyalty day". I assume that in "Bush speak" that means loyalty and fealty to der Duhbya. He said it so well before:
"A dictatorship would be a lot easier, as long as I'm the dictator."
